About the event
Come explore the power of strategic thinking through fun, engaging and hands-on Chess. Enroll your child in this screen-free class that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving. In this adventure, students will learn the importance of planning, making thoughtful choices and understanding the reasons behind their decisions. The program will focus on learning piece functions, openings, endgame tactics, variations and puzzles (depending on the skill level).

Time: 3:00pm to 4:30pm

Open to: Kids in Kindergarten and above
Grade 5-7 Note: The program is mixed-age and collaborative. Older students tend to enjoy it most when attending with a friend.
